Permitted use
TrustFill may be used during the invite-led closed beta to organize approved evidence, draft questionnaire answers, review citations, and export human-approved responses. Users must have authority to upload and process all supplied material.
Human responsibility
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. A person must review every response and remains responsible for statements sent to a customer. TrustFill does not certify controls, provide legal advice, or establish compliance.
Current data restriction
Only isolated synthetic or expressly approved non-customer test data may be uploaded until the operator confirms the customer-data admission gate. The gate requires durable private storage and resolution of the external AI gateway privacy review.
Service status
Paid checkout, service-level commitments, warranties, indemnities, and negotiated data-processing terms are not active in the current beta. Commercial terms must be completed before paid or general availability.
